mer, and J mile from the latter, adjoin
ing the lands of A. E. Sturgis, and
others, containing about 430 acres, 40
acres cleared.
Also one other tract about 1 mile be
low the Dearinsr Depot, adjoining the
lands of Morison arid others, containing
207 acres more or less, most of it cleared.
