DEATH OF MRS. BOYD.
News of the death of Mrs. C. H.
Boyd w icb occurred at her home in
Kestler, Ga., Wednesday morning,
reached here late in the day and was a
shock to her friends iu this community..
Tne body was brought to Thomson and
carried to the* Shiloh cemetery where
the burial occurred Thursday evening
at 3 o’clock, conducted by Rev. C. L.
Putillo. To the bereaved nusbaud and
motherless children we extend deepest
sympathy.
ACCIDENTAL KILLING.
Harriet Johnson, a colored woman

stantly killed at her home Saturday af
