Pageant "The Lighted Highway"

The group of young people pre
senting this play have been tho
roughly trained by one of AHautas
leading directors and boasts .omc
of the best Negro voices, which
will no doubt make the rendition
of the Xmas Carols amt the Page
ant as it whole one of the best in
recent years.

dience at Allen Temple Cbmch
The Chorus was well balanced and
well trained under the skillful
tutorship of Mr. Graham Jackson
who is nationally known as a great
musician. The Organ numbers
rendered by Mr Jackson were ex
cellent and greatly appreciated by
the audience as they sat spell
bound.
Several request numbers were
played, such as the Sextette from
Lucia. The World is Waiting lot
the Sunrise, Etc The solo work
by Isaac Tiller and James Lamar
was well done and pleasing. These
two lads had good control of their
voices.

another chapter organized in
Swainsboro. Georgia on the 31st of
