from its accuracy, I have the
beff: hope will meet with general
approbation ; and that 1 ffall
fecure to myfelf (through their
bounty) ahandfome emolument
ns a reward for my induffry and
perfeverance.
The fi/e of the above men
tioned Map is 4 feet 6 inches,
by 3 fret 6 inches—fufficiently
large to exhibit the founding
of the ffveral Bays and Inlets,
and render it of life to Mariners.
| It will be placed in the hands of
an Eng; aver within the term of
four months from this date,
where Plates will be prepared
with all peffibie expedition.
A number of copies will thea
be ffruck off under my own
lupcnntendancy in the Town of
l ouifville, and circulated thro*
the various Rates, where Rib
feriptions may have been ob
tained. Price for plain Maps
5 dollars ; and for thofe ('un
varied and elegantly ornamented
8 dollars.
