Jail ices of the Inferior Court for
the County of Greene, are
hereby authorized and required,
to impede a proportionate extra
tax on the refpedtive inhabitants
of laid County, annually, for the
term of three years in fuccefiion,
not exceeding the one half of
the annual general Hate tax of
each inhabitant, which faid tax
fn all be colltcled in the lame
tuanner, and under the fame re
flections, as are lain down for
the colledlion of rhe general tax
cf this State j and when the
firms lb collected fliali amount
to the 1 urn of five hundred dol
lars, or upwards, it fliali be the
duty cf the juft ices afore faid, to

of Sheriffs, and to qualify them
as by law directed.
