and one third annually thereaf
ter, until the whole price of the
land is difeharged, before they
receive grants for the fame.
And in cafe of failure in any of
the afore laid pay mtn ts, the laid
lands (hall revert to, and.be vdt
<ed in the (face; but the laid
drawers may pay up the whole
amount, any time previous to
tiielive years, and receive grants
uurnediatdy on fo doing.
No contract for the convey
ance and laic of tickets in the
lottery, previous to obtaining
grants therefor, is to be obliga
tory or. either of the contracting
parties, their heirs, executors,
adminiilrators, alfigns, or devi
feeS, in any court of law or
equity in this Hate.
