man Lutheran Church at Ebenczer, stating
that the said John Freyermuth on the fifteenth
day of April, eighteen hundred U fifteen, morl.
gaged by deed under *eaV tn the petitioners, all
those tracts of land* containing three hundred
sores in Effingham county, state aforesaid, on a
small creek adjoining Judidiah Weitmun Kelly's
and Garrison's land; also another filly acres, sit
uated and being m the district of Ebenezer,
bounded by land of Peter Arnetoff & K. Brook-
ners, at the time of survey grunted to Landfel-
deii also,anothcr tract of land situate in the sev-
entectb district of the county >of Baldwin, con-
taining two hundred and twq and a half acres,
known by the number (104) one hundred and
our, with-the appurtenances, to secure the pay
ment of a bond or obligation ofthe suid John,
bearing date the day and year aforesaid U pray
ing the foreclosure of the said mortgage. It ap
pearing to the Court that there is now due on

dred dollars, with interest st six per cent, fron^

the United Staten, made by Messrs. BOLTON
& WATT, of Soho, near B rlningliant i and
erected under the inspection of their best fore
man, sent out expressly for that purpose.
A wonderful uxpencc is saved in fuel, as tin
saw-dust from the pitch-pinc is tumid to answer
instead nf fire*wood, and is carried to tlx
mouth of the furnace from the pit by clevattm
now in use.
The liioe Machine is also on a new.principh
and found by experience to answer hettor than
any yet in use. The quickness and rcgularih
ofthe movement, producing it of asuperioi
brightness without breaking the gram
