stating that he is in jail, for debt, at
the suit ol Peter Diringer, that he is in
solvent, but willing to surrender alibis as-
tate for the benefit of his Creditors, a9 the
law directs, and praying for relief under
the insolvent sets of this state. Ordered,
I hut the said Joseph Delchamps, be
brought up, at the court house in Savannah,
on the third day of December next, at 10
