which, when finally liquidated on the de
cision of the unit now pending, they will

The deeds under winch Mr Christie claims
all exclusive right to all the real and per
sonal estate of Carnochan h Mdchel, are
considered as informal, unjust and illegal,
Hence they have b» eu brought and are still
before the court, and other deeds have
been executed and recorded, conveying
the property for the use of all their credit
ors, Mr Christie included, without any trust
or reservation beneficial to C. WM. or their
families; rod if this be not al t erable to that
