who has undoubtedly claims against them,
which, when finally liquidated on the de
eision of the suit now ponding,they will
t y to satisfy ai soon as possible thereafter.
The deeds unfit r which Mr Uhristieclnims
an exclusive right tc all the real and per
sonal estate of Csruochsn fit Mitchcl, arc
considered as informal, unjust and illegal,
Hence they have been brought and are hi ill
before the court, and other deeds have
been executed and recorded, conveying
the property for the use of all their credit
ors, Mr Christie included, without any trust
or reservation hem ficial to C. Idl. or their
famihest and if this be not agreeable to that
gentleman, it mutt nevertheless appear
fair and equitable to the public and ah who
have a settae of justice.
The Trustees under the late deed* are
anxious to sell the Lands in Florida, allufi.-d
to in the notice of Mr Christie, and to ap
ply the proceeds to the immediate payment
of part of his d'.nand, and deposit a sutH
riency thereof to cover all h;» claim, sub
ject to the decision of the court—but his
opposition to any reasonable sale, as one in
Ur rested in his own riflht, whilst injuring
