John Quigley, “kite of said county, deceased, did, iu
his life time, enter into a bond wheieby he hound him
self, while in lift, to make titles to certain lots or
fractions of land as described in said bond unto your
petitioner, and died Without performing the same or
making any provision by will ior its being done, your
petitioner therefore prnytfvour body to direct the ad
ministrator of the estate of said deceased, to make ti-.

and state aforesaid, am held and firmly bound unto D.
B. Lowe, of the same state and county, in the just and
lawful Bum of two thousand dollars fur the .true and
faithful payment of which suut of money, I bind my
self heirs, executors administrators and assigns. In
witness whereofl, the said John Quigley, hath hereun
to set his name and seal, July 21, 1832.
The condition pf the above obligation is such, that
if the said D B Lewe does well and truly pay unto John
Quigley the just aud lawful 6um of five hundred and
twenty dollars, one half January, 1834. and the other
hqif, January, 1835. (eighteen hundred and thirty-fair)
provided the said Quigley does not trade said debts—
then the said John Quigley is to make, or .cause to be
made, to the said D. B. Lowe, good and stffficient titles
to fractions No* 31 rind 26.28th district in Lee, nov
•Sumpter county, then this obligation to be null and
