by a Board of Survey and recommended to bo

the steamboat "Edith,” her engines, boders,
tackle, appan l and furniture, now lying
at Savai.naii, iu the said district, and again*#
alt persons lawfully intervening for their
Interests therein, in a cause of wages,
civil and maritime, for reasons and cause*
in the said libel mentioned, and praying
the usual process and monition in that behalf to
lie made: and that all persons claiming any in
terest therein may be cited to appear and
answer the premises; and that the said steam
boat ••Kdlth,” her engines, boilers, tackle, ap
parel and furniture, may be condemned and
sold to pay the demands of the Ultellants.
And, whereas, a warrant of arrest has been
issued on the said 17th day of December, under
