It appearing to the court that the above stated suit was commenced to enforce a hen upon the real and personal property of the South Carolina Railway Com pany within this district, and that the defend ants, Samuel Sloan and John S. Barnes of the city of New York, trustees of the first consoli dated mortgage on the South Carolina Railway Company, and Johns 8. Barnes and Jamos J. Higginson of the city of New York, trustees under the second consolidated mortgage on the South Carolina Railway Company. James J. Higginson and Francis A.
