Mills, situated six miles east of Greenesboro’, and
four miles south-west of Union Point, known as
Ogeechoe place.
There is 1079 acres of land in the tract, about five
hundred acres cleard, the ballance well timbered
woodland. A conaideraele portion is bottom land
and the present crop will speak for the productive
quality of the land.
Our mills consist of a Circular Saw Mill and a
Grist Mill —driven by a 16 horse power engine—all
is in good order and condition. The Mills were
erected last spring and are in the centre of five or
six hundred acres of heavy timbered woodland.—
