den, being indebted to one Henry Sailer or order
in a note of band, dated St Marys in said county,
on the 9th Octoberl822, in the sumof Five Hun.
dred Dollars, payable with interest from (he date

mortgage to the said Henry hia heirs and assign*
to secure the payment of the note aforesaid with
interest on the same—a certain Inf of land in the
town aforesaid being part of lot No. 1, beginning
