AN ACT.

Be it enacted by the Se.nrie and House of Re*
pres'entati vet of tlie state of Georgia, in General
Assembly met, ami it i* hereby enacted y the
authority of the same. That where av person or
mrsons liave hereto?j > n«d survey’s made on
lead rights, bounty warrants and grants thereon
have not been obtained, it shall and may be law
ful for such person dr persons to apply for and
obtain such grant or grants, at any time pre*
v-ous td the 25th of October, 1824, on payment.

Sec 2 And be It further enacted by the mi*
'thority aforesaid, That where any sune.s have
heretofore,been made on head rights or bounty
warrants, a .d giants (hereon hare not been ob-
tained, such land ahull not he subject to a re
survey until three months finm and after the
person or persons claiming under the original
survey ahull hav 1 ' been notified that such re.sur*
vey is intended to hy ma-le, and that in all case*,
the person or persons claiming under the nrigi.

of making such re-survey, until the expiration
of three month* from the time of such notifies- f

Provided, nothing in this act shall affect ihe'
rights of orphans or person* under the age of 21
years, an.l that a|l such persons shall ( be allowed

to take out their grants.
Sec 4 And he it further enacted* That it -halt
be thfe duty of the Governor to cause, this act to ,
