O N the petition of AVilliam Bc.xrie stating
thnt one Jqjin Christiqihcr, of Ihe county
of Camden, being indebted to one Henry Sadler
or order in a note of hand, dated St. Marys in
said county, on the 9th October 1822, in the sum
of Five Hundred Dollars, payable with interest
from the date on the first (ley of Jumiary then
next ensuing, did mortgage to the sufd Henry his
heirs and assigns, to secure tlje puyinent ofthe
note aforesaid with interest on the same—u cer
tain lot of land in the tow n afovesuid being purl
ot lot No. I beginning at tlie west corner of a
lot belonging to one Calvin Hayes, thence rail
ing south t(X) feet on bt. Mam Street, thence
north to Bryant bt. cust to C. lluys’ land thence
south to the beginning, with the margin attached
to the same on tlie south side of St. Marys or
Bay st. being u hundred feet on the street und
running from thence directly to -the river St.
Maiys, together with ftll and singular every thing
thereto appertaining, that the suid Henry saddler,
to whom und to whose heirs and assigns the suit

July assigned by deed, said mortgage to the pe
tilioner, there is now due on said mortgage the
sum of Five Hundred Dollars with -interest from

and assigns be from thence forever foreclosed
