In addition to what we have already pub

following. The official returns from North
Carolina give Jackson 15,820, Crawford
15,(377, leaving a majority in favor of .Tack-
sun of 143. The Raleigh Register, a Craw
ford paper from which we copvthe'above
statement observes, “though it is impoSsi

From Ohio—Full returns have been re
ceived from 19 counties. In 17 counties
the majorities only have been reported. It
appears from these statements that the
votes stand thus in the 3G counties. For
Clay 14,125, Jackson 13,446, and Adams
7046. The Cincinata Spy says, “twenty
counties remain to be heard from, which
wdi add about 3,000 to Mr. Clay’s present
majority;” ‘
