Hamlets thereof, that the city Marshal
shall on the third day, of December mst.

the public murket contemplated to lie sold
by the present ordinances riow in force,
until the first. Monday in December next,

existing ordinances.
. Sec. 2. Be it ordained by the authority
aforesaid, that nil ordinances or parts of
ordinances militating with this ordinance,
