The place Is well watered with branches and fine springs; has on It a gin which is car ried by water, nnd is supposed to be as healthy as any pattnf tho Slate; part of this is fine red land for wheat. 'Tips is a beautiful le vel picco of land, a handsome plncc to live, within two miles of the fine nourishing \- endemy of Jefferson, in n good neighbor hood : there nre about 40 acres of open land, and in a fine state of cultivation.
