Mr. and Mrs. C. 0. Baily of
near town, are the recipients
of a fine girl at their house.
The past two weeks have
been elegant on the farmer.
Most of them are up with their
work.
You will find that in S. T.
Fincher's stock, quantity tells
and price sells.
Those who do not take their
county paper, should not be
getting ashy because they fail
to get a local puff in every issue.
Auctioneers have quit Spring
Place. Why? Because S. T.
Fincher beats them on prices.
We are requested t ) an¬
nounce that there will be a call

Place at 12 M next Saturday.

Mrs. Vic Osborn who has
been teaching at Villa Rica
Ga., has returned to her home in
the county.
The keen edge of competi¬
tion cannot cut prices as low
as S T. Fincher has them.
Spring Place should get up
courage enough to build a first
class school house. It is out of
the question to put this matter
off longer.

for bids will be found in anoth

have not seen the plans and
specifications for the building,
but hope that our honorable
board will accept no plans ex¬

building when completed, will
compare with our elegant court

Some of the census enumer¬
ators seem to regret that
were the favored ones
the many applicants, in receiv¬
ing appointments. Their task
is a hard one, and when they
sit down in the blazingj sun in
mid plantation and propound
several hundred questions to a
dull man, who will take his
time m answering will earn
the little mite he gets per head.
Why don't people ask Finch¬
er to fall on his goods? Because
they havnt the face to do such
things.
