formed by our worthy county

have a term of 5 months Public
school with tho increase ol Public
Funds.
Wo find the Court Honse in
good condition, aud the Jail and
Jailers House in a very bad and
dilapidated condition, and retom •
mend a new one built as soon as
possible. We recommend that it

of the Staples upper lot

stock, and find them in ordinary

ray .ounty.
In order that there may not be
any m'sunderatanding as to the
manner of voting and holding Ihe
primary elecrion called for next
Saturday the 30th. instant I have
thought it proper to make a brief
statement in-regard thereto.
Said election will be bold under
the same rules and regulations
that govern general elections.
The polls should open at the court
house at seven o'clock a. m. and
close at six o'clock p. m. and in
the county precincts they should
be open from 8 o'clock a. in. to 3
o'clock p. m. Ballots should be
cast direct for the candidates for
Congress and for Representative
and the election should be super¬

perintendent; in their respective
