Ovbey, T.J. Bryant, J. A. Bryant, G. W,
Bryant, N.C, Cole, S. P. Maddox and W.
C. Martin and their associates and success¬
ors shows that they desire to bo incorporat¬
ed under the name and style of the Cobutta
Sarin gs Company.
The object of the company shall bo pecu¬
niary gain to tha members, and the business
shall be that of building, operating and do¬
ing a general hotel business, the
erection and renting of cottuges, the
running and operating of hacx lines
from Dalton, Ga , or other points from
which they may desire to Cohutta Springs
in Murray county Ga., the carrying on of
any kind of mercantile business the buying
ahd selling of real estate, the selling and
shipp’ng of water and the privilege of doing
anything necessary or desired to bo done in
the running and operating a summer resort
or watering piaoe. The capital stock shall
be $10,000, all of wbioh has been paid in,
and they desire the privilege of increasing it
to any gum in their discretion not*to exceed
$50,099. Theprineipai office of said corpora¬
tion shall be in Dalton, Georgia, Whitfield
county, with the privilege of establishing
branch offices in any eounty in said State.
Wherefore petitioners pray an order of the
Court incorpo rating them for the term
twenty years, with the privilege of renewal
