dict and judgment in tbeir firm name, against
James M. Tripp, then a resident of said State and
counlv and now a non—resi lent thereof, forth®
sum of six bundre# and seventy-five dollars and
twenty—even ce its, princ-pal, thirty-four dollare
and twenty-one cents, interest to judgment, with.’
sev-n dollars and twenty-five cents cists of suit.—
And wbeteas,.said judgment remained unsatisfied,,
and the fieri facias issued thereon has bad made on
it no le£ul entry within seven years, since date
of judgment or i suing of fi fa and by reason there
of, and by tbe law, the Said fi fa and judgment have
become and are dormant. You are hereby required
and it is also orde.ed, that said defendant be noti
fied in accordance with tbe law, that application
will be made at the May Term next, of tbe Superi
or Court of Randolph county, State of Georgia,"
