Agricultural Con vent ions. Ol'i'R lfc STATE Ag'L. SyXAETY, ) To I n&*Fortnm/ Agricmtural Socie ties of Georgia : 1. The officers and rftembers of County Agricultural Societies, an> hereby notified that the hirst setni- Annual Convention of 1872, will meet in the city of Savannah, on Thursday, th«|22ji day of February, 2. Each County Society is enti tled <|£*t»hf%e delegates. These del egates should be elected as early as practicable by Societies in pub lie meeting* and the names sent to the Secretary’s office at Atlanta, in order to insure the receipt of rail road tickets in duo time. These ticketsmust first issue from the with the names of and then sent to the(T Superintendent for sigrujUire. They will be required to go by the most direct routes ; and no applications for "tickets to vary the route for per sonal convenience or bussiness will be rniMrtafned. The frequent appli cations heretofore for such tickets make -this notice necessary. The extraordinary privilege of a free passage both way! being granted alone to delegates of the Agricultu ral Conventions, must, in every way, as a matter of justice to the rail- be carefully guarded against abuse. T , . 5, approaching session will be, pftHiaps, the most important yet held. The whole constitution or fundamental law of the Society will bo before the Convention for alter ation’bar amendment. The disposi tion of tho land script for an agri cultural <K>llcgo will probably be committed to tho State Agricultu ral Society. This will give interest an<i"ltttpo'rtnnce to its action ; and for those reasons, the county socie tiesTshfijM send their ablest repre senffitivTO^—representatives who are intimately identified with the tillage of the soil. 6. County Societies which have not reported a list of their mem bers, and Societies which may be organized" in counties where none now exist, are urged to send up to the office at Atlanta with their election returns—a complete list of their officers and members. 7. Weekly and local papers which have heretofore extended such val uabi© #id to the labors of this office, and to the objects, generally, of the State Agricultural Society, are requested to publish this notice, and cß.ll special attention to the same. Vinegar Bitters are not a vile Fancy Drink, Made of Poor Rnm, Whiskey, Proof Spirits and Refuse Liquors, doc tored, spiced and sweetened to please the taste, called “ Tonics,” “ Appetizers,” “ Restorers,” &c., that lead the tippler on to drunkenness and ruin, but are a true Medicine, made from the Native Roots and Herbs of California, free from all Alcoholic Stimulants. They are the GREAT III.OOD PURIFIER and A LIFE GIVING PRINCIPLE, a perfect Renovator and luvigorator of the System, carry ins oil all poisonous matter and restoring the blood to a healthy condition. No person can take these Bitters according to directions and remain long unwell, provided their hones are not destroyed by mineral poison or other means, and the vital organs wasted beyond tho point of repair. They arc a Gentle Purgative as well as a Tonic, possessing, also, the peculiar merit of acting as a powerful agent in relieving Conges tion or Inflammation of the Liver, and of all tho Visceral Organs. FOR FEMALE COMPLAINTS, whether in young or old, married or single, at the dawn of womanhood or at the turn of life, these Tonic Bit ters have no equal. For Inflammatory and Chronic Rheu matism and Gout, Dyspepsia or In digestion, Bilious, Remittent mill Intermittent Fevers, Diseases of the Blood, Liver, Kidneys and Bindder, these Bitters have been most successful. Such Diseases are caused by Vitiated Blood, which is generally produced by derangement of the Digestive Organs. DYSPEPSIA OR INDIGESTION, Headache, Pain in the Shoulders, Coughs, Tight ness of the Chest, Dizziness, Sour Eructations of the Stomach, Bad Taste in the Mouth, Bilions Attacks, Palpitation of the Heart, Inflammation of the Lungs, Pain in the regions of the Kidneys, and a hundred other painful symptoms are.the off springs of Dyspepsia. They invigorate the Stomach and stimulate thq torpid Livor and Bowels, which render them of unequalled efficacy in cleansing the blood of all im purities, and imparting new life and vigor to the whole system. \ FOR SKIN DISEASES, Eruptions, Tetter, Salt Rheum, Blotches, Spots, Pimples, Pustules, Boils, Carbuncles, Ring-Worms, Scald Head, Sore Eves,Erysipelas, Itch, Scurfs, Discolorations of the Skin, Humors and Diseases of the Skin, of what ever name or nature, are literally dug up and car ried out of the system in a short time By the use of these Bitters. One bottle in such cases will con vince the most incredulous of their curative effect. Cleanse the Vitiated Blood whenever you find its impurities bursting through the skin in Pimples, Eruptions or Sores; cleanse it when you find it obstructed and sluggish in the veins; cleanse it when it is foul, and your feelings will tell you when. Keep tho blood pure, aud the health of the system will follow. PIN, TAPE, and other WORMS, urking in the system of so many thousands, are effectually destroyed and removed.
