First, Miss Georgia Lowther left for her Heavenly home; then little Lawrence Wood slipped away and joined her. Lawrence was a dear .good boy; courteous as a knight of old; bright, gentle as a woman, always in Ills place at Sunday School and church; eager to learn of Jesus and his love. Never can we forget the Sunday last fall when Lawrence joined our church. He was so young, so manly; and as he took the vows of the church, his face was radiant with the light of God’s countenance. We all loved him, and we all miss him; therefore, Be it resolved, That we extend to the bereaved family our heartfelt sympathy; that a copy of this little expression of love be Inscribed in the Secretary’s book of our Sunday School, and that a copy be sent the family.
