bought from Mr John F Htone south
of town, near the * Peppertown" col
ored church, and the location is an
excellent one and highly satisfactory
to the negroes.
Even the streets and alleys of the

graves,and new graves often encroaeh-
ed tin old ones, making the purchase
of a to w’ cemetery Imperative. Lots
in the new ctfinniery wi»l be given by
the <“ ty to those colored people who
will move their dead from the old one,
and it is probable that nearly all of
them will avail themselves of this
offer, as by so doing the graves can

THE FLURRY IN NEW YORK.
