R. Judkins, consisting of one refrigerator (St. Louis make,) one electric motor and mills and blocks, and all other tools and fixtures in building on south side of West Ave. in city of Cedartown, Ga., including two Dayton computing scales, one National cash register, one refrige rator counter, 3 meat counters with marble slabs, and all tools and fix tures of every kind situated in J. R. Judkins’ market now in possession of S. P. Korns, in said building, where same can be examined, being too cumbersome to move to place of sale. Said property levied on and to be sold as property of J. R. Judkins by virtue of a mortgage execution issued in City Court of said county in favor of The Commercial Bank of Cedar town, successor to Bank of Cedar town, against said Judkins. There wasn’t anything lost, but one Club girl's outfit, and it was found in one of the rooms where it was placed through mistake. Mr. Howard Mitchell left Sunday for a visit in Selmn, Ala. Mr. W. J. Woods and son. Noble, went to Folton Sunday to attend the Association. Mr. J. B. Teat and family were at Felton Sunday. Elder T. F. Hatch and wife went to Felton Sunday to attend the As sociation.. Miss Iva Brock spent last week in Cedartown with her sister, Mrs. L. T. Brock. Messrs. Dalton Teat and Adair Kirk patrick attended the Fair in Rome Thursday night. Mr. Dalton Teat was at Mt.
