Special to the Ledger The 6th Annual Tro jans Got Talent Show raised money for local organizations on Thurs day, March 28 while highlighting the talents of 31 Lee County High School students. The audience was entertained by the great talent of all the students. The first place winner for Trojans got Tal ent was junior Chris Kim who performed an excerpt from Chopin’s “Etude Opus 10, No. 1 in C major” on piano. Second place of Trojans got Talent was awarded to freshman Layla Kin- ion for her vocal perfor mance of Etta James’ “At Last”. Third place winner was sophomore Leila Pavlovsky for her vocal/piano performance of “She Used to be Mine” from the Broad way show “Waitress”. First Place Non- Musical Act went to the dance duo of Pranavi Gottapu and Susanna Bora, who danced to “Nagada Sang Dhol”. The People’s Choice Award, which was voted on by the audience, was awarded to sophomore Emily Fitch. She sang Ariana Grande’s “Tat tooed Heart”. EMS Responses EMS responded to five calls for abdominal pain/ problems. EMS responded to four calls for breathing problems. EMS responded to two calls for cardiac arrest. EMS responded to three calls for chest pain (non-traumatic). EMS responded to one call for choking. EMS responded to four calls for convulsions/ seizure. EMS responded to one call for diabetic problem. EMS responded to nine calls for fall victims. EMS responded to 12 calls for fire standby. EMS responded to one call for hemorrhage/lac eration. EMS responded to one call for industrial accident/inaccessible in cident/other entrapments (non-vehicle). EMS responded to one call for pregnancy/child birth/miscarriage. EMS responded to two served as the evening’s Masters of Ceremonies. The talent show was judged by Gary Unger, Paula Carter, Zachary Crew, Sandra Parker and Dr. Tracy Simmons. The LCHS Trojan Elite Dance Team performed calls for medical alarm. EMS responded to four calls for psychiatric problem. EMS responded to 17 calls for sick person.
