A gender-neutral cookie. I don’t get it. As memory serves, the gingerbread “man” seemed always to be neutral enough to me. Nowhere in the stretch es of memory was the gingerbread man ever depicted in complete organic detail. Kids, if they thought of the discrepancy at all, had to guess at his manhood. Frankly we never bothered. In our young lives, “he” was simply a sweet treat for all to enjoy. Simplicity - if we could ever get back to that old age standard! Why complicate things? With a slap on the bottom, doctors brought us into the world as either male or female. We enter this world as part of God’s binary plan. The truth is plain for all to see. However, it has always been the goal of the political elite to shovel political correct ness down the throats of the people. It has become the sacred duty of the leftist segment to challenge all things considered to be tradi tional. Even so, arguments against tradition by our leftist brethren verge on the absurd. Oops. One should not use the term ‘brethren’ to describe a group of creatures of the femi nine persuasion. Since the howls for change come from women in their search for gender equality, one should give their sex their due. You think this is easy? I considered referring to all females by the term, “creatures of the femi nine persuasion”. Oops. Bad again. Of the 63 gender descrip tions dreamed up by some organization known as aPath, many refer to female subtypes that are masculine in their presentation. Re ferring to these beings as “feminine” would constitute a grave error in precision. Dang. Apparently, the issue of sex isn’t as simple as checking what is hiding beneath your underpants. In fact, it gets worse. According to research quoted by aPath, it is inaccurate to limit ourselves to merely two Kate Scarmalis sexes. As proof, this or ganization points to the existence of a fungus that has over 28,000 sexes. This includes various species of slime molds as well. Okay, then, that nails it. Proof positive - sex could never be consid ered a two-way phe nomenon, particularly from the fungal/ slime mold findings. APath backs up its findings by its seminal listing all 63 gender descrip tions. Sure, the analysis was made up by an organization that has never been recognized by any known academic institution. A deep google search failed to provide information concerning the founda tion of this organiza tion, or its progenitors. The article, which was presented as a learned work, listed no source for its research. Where one should expect a list of scholarly references at the end of the article, a blog appeared. Fantastic! Now the elitist progressive fac tion relies upon the blogosphere in order to disseminate their find ings. If this seems as though it is an unpre meditated phenomenon, guess again. This pro cess is a prime example of the art of disseminat ing propaganda in its finest tradition. As to the issue of pro paganda, I bow to the quintessential masters in this area, Adolph Hitler and his Reich Minister of Propagan da, Joseph Goebbels. As a team, they could not possibly do a better job than today’s pseu do-intellectuals. The purpose of propaganda, according to Hitler, was never to serve the truth. Truth is something that can be debated. Its weakness is that it might provide favorable points for the opposition. Goebbels confirmed the point in stating, “There is no need for propaganda to be rich in intellectual content.” So far, so good. Os tensibly the goal of left ists is to promote equal ity for women. Accord ing to their thinking, gender equality will only be achieved with the equal recognition of “non-binary” people. And fungus. The leftist propaganda machine swings into motion, leading people with an unbearably meager sense of self-es teem to feel oppressed. As such, they serve as minions to the leftist political machine. Com rade Lenin referred to these mindless follow ers as “useful idiots”. Imbued with chronic self-doubt, thousands of hangers-on cling to the leftist cult leaders, pass ing along the party line ad infinitum. Mindless ly they adopt the party’s political catechism as their own philosophy. And, on campuses and other venues, they pass along the party agenda, again and again. No matter how silly or ridiculous, they con tinue to echo the party doctrine. I refer to this process as seeding the consciousness. On campuses and in the classroom, they par rot the debate about 63 genders and how soci ety can achieve equality through gender fluidity. They debate this non issue to death. They cannot tell the truth of the matter. Women are not an oppressed class. No one has chained them to a smoking wood stove. No one de nies their right to work. No, the goal is not to establish total gender equality for women. Gender stratification, with women reduced to a lower position in society, is a thing of our past. That women continue to be systematically op pressed does not stand up to anecdotal evi dence. In my experience students report that in families, the mother is the parent who is largely in control. Many report that dad is simply kept around for comic relief. So much for male supremacy. Could it be that there is a hidden agenda here? Could it be that the goal is not gender equality for women, but one destined to dimin ish the very character of what it means to be a man? Gird your loins, fellas. They’re after your nads.
