Ballots may be cast between 8:15 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The last day a voter may vote an Advance-in-Person ballot is Wednesday, November 27, 2019. Absentee-by-Mail ballots are available for voters who are unable to go to the polls on December 3, 2019 for the General/Special Elec tion Runoff. Leesburg Parade Honors Veterans The second annual Veteran’s Day Parade was held in Leesburg, Georgia on Saturday, November 16,2019. Featured in the Veteran’s Day Parade was the Fort Benning Maneuver Center for Excellence Band along with school and community groups showing their appreciation to the veterans. Denzil Harrell, of American Legion Post 182, said the third annual Veteran’s Day Parade will be held at the same time next year.
