Qualifying will be conducted during the hours of 9:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. daily on Wednesday, December 18th and Thursday, December 19th. Qualifying will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, December 20th and end at 12:00 noon. ( ::t jk|V Lee County Board of Elections and Registration CALL FOR SPECIAL ELECTION Notice is hereby given that on the 24th day of March 2020 a Special Election will be held at the Leesburg Fire Station #1, 342 Leslie Highway, the regular poll ing location in Leesburg. The purpose of the Special Election will be to fill a vacancy for the Leesburg City Council Post 6. The polling location will be opened from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. on the date fixed for the election. In the event a runoff election is needed, it will be held on April 21,2020. The last day to register and be eligible to vote in this election will be February 24,2020, through 5:00 p.m. This will also be the last day to make any address changes prior to the election. Absentee voting will be available.
