The Lee County Ledger Wednesday, December 18,2019 - Page IB Lee County Swim Teams compete in Gator Invitational By Jennifer Perkins The Lee County High School Swim teams trav eled to Ware County, Sat urday December 14, 2019 to compete in the Gator Invitational. It was a large meet with 14 girls and 12 boys teams. Lee County’s Lady Trojans earned sec ond place over all in the swimming competition and the Lee County Boys team finished fifth. In the combined scores Lee County finished fourth overall. The Lee County Swim teams showed wonderful sportsmanship and sup port for their team mem bers. Many attempting different events in order to help the team score. A continued thanks to all the parents and supporters who travel to cheer on their athletes and all the athletes on the team.
