It was a big week for middle school swimming. Two meets in a week are tough in many ways. First, swim meets tend to take awhile. Second, the travel involved makes for later nights. Third, the swimmers are testing themselves physically and mentally. The middle school swim team proved they are a tough bunch of swimmers, willing to push themselves and are excited for the sport. The LCMS Girls swim team finished 4th out of 5 teams at the Coffee Middle School Invitation al and the LCMS boys team finished 2nd place out of 6 teams. The Lee County Middles School Girls swim team finished 3rd place out of 9 teams at the Waycross Invitational. The boys team finished 3rd out of 11 teams. A continued thanks to the parents and support ers of our swim team for doing all they do.
