New York, Oct. 5.—In a fire be lieved to be Incendiary in Brooklyn late last night, three children were burned to death, their parents taken ih a dying condition to a hospital, fire other tenants sent to hospitals seriously burnt and two firemen in lured. Other incidents ot the Bre were' the birth of o child while the mother.was being removed from the t l i ning and an accident which wrecked Fire Chief Croker's auto mobile and he narowly escaped ser ious injury.
