They are receiving Instructions on every phase of the cotton Industry from the preparation of the soil to thy disposition of the cotton to tho manufacturer. The men who are taking this course are highly pleased with the In struction they are receiving from the men who have the Agricultural De partment ot the University In charge. They speak without reserve their ad miration for President Soule of tha Department of Agriculture, and his great plana to bring the farmers ot Georgia to realise the benefit ot scientific farming. President Soule, like Chancellor Barrow, has the ad mirable trait .of malting friends with those with whom he Is associated.
