in tbe Jenate , but never had tbe good
fortune to be dotted : He would now
willingly live a private IJe , if he had
any thing to live on—but his fortune
which was at the faft but (mall, has

be commiflioned by the Governor,
and fhall continue in office during
good behaviour.*’ For remedy
whereof—
Be it enabled by the Senate and
Houfe of Reprefentatives of the State
of Georgia , in General AJfembly met ,
and by the authority of the fame , I hac
the Clerks ot the Superior and Infe-
Courts fHul! beck died on the
fame day as pointed out by law for
the election of other ccunty < fficers.
And be it further enabled, That
as foon as this bill fhall be paffed
by two thirds of both branches of the
next leg flaturr, and be approved
of by the Governor, it (hall become
a part of the Conftitution of the
State of Georgia.
