Frequently, these are warning signs of common constipation. If neglected, your health may be impaired. Today, you can rid yourself of common constipation by eating a tempting cereal. Laboratory tests show that Kellogg’s ALL-BraN fur nishes “bulk” and vitamin B to aid regular habits. ALL-BRAN is also rich in iron for the blood. The “bulk” in ALL-BRAN is much like that found in leafy vegetables. Within the body, it forms a soft mass. Gently, this clears out the intestinal wastes. How much bet ter this is than taking patent medicines! Two tablespoonfuls of ALL-BRAN daily will usually overcome most types of common constipation. Chronic cases, with each meal. If seriously ill, see your doctor. ALL- BrAN makes no claim to be a “cure all.” Serve ALL-BRAN as a cereal, or use in cooking. At all grocers. Ir‘ the red-and-green package. Made by Kellogg in Battle Creek. SUNDAY DINNER SUGGESTIONS * By ANN PAGE WARMER days call for simpler foods, cold dishes and an in creased emphasis on fruite, vege tables and salads. Such meals release many women. from_their kitchens to gardens, golf or other open air hob bies, The producé markets offer a wide wvariety of inexpensive vege tables and fruits. - Asparagus, cauliffiower and arti chokes are relatively cheap; spinach, carrots, beets and onions are really cheap. Green peas are inexpensive and green beans are becoming better in quality and lower in price. 2 Cabbage is a favorite raw as well as cooked. Raw carrots, raw beets, thinly siiced raw caulifiower and raw spinach have been added to the salad list. Rhubarb, pineapple and strawber ries are supplementing fine oranges, grapefruit, apples and bananas to give a wide variety of fresh fruits. The Quaker Maid suggests the fol lowing menus. o Low Cost Dinner Braised Breast of Lamb Mashed Potatoes Buttered Carrots Bread and Butter Sliced Oranges Tea or Coffee Milk Medium Cost Dinner Chuck Roast a la Mode Boiled Potatoes Green Peas Bread and Butter Fruit Cup Layer Cake Coffee Milk Very Special Dinner Fruit Cup Roast Pork Browned Potatoes Boiled Onions Asparagus Salad with Dressing Eread and Butter Strawberry Tarts Coffee Milk WHEELER SPEAKS Dr. John T.
