Frank C. Shackelford, as Re
ceiver of the property of Hamil
ton McWhorter, Senior, executed
and delivered unto Norma Griffin
a certain bond for title whereby
said Frank C. Shackelford, as
Receiver, obliagted himself to
convey unto Norma Griffin the
property hereinafter described
upon payment by said Norma
Grifin of two promissory notes;
the first of said notes being dated
November 6, 1929, and being in
the principal sum of $211.33 and
due on or before November 6,
1930; the second of said notes be
ing in the principal sum of $213.33,
bearing date of November 6, 1929,
‘and due on or before November
6, 1931; each of said notes bear
ing interest from date at 7%
per annum;
And whereas, in said bond for
title it was agreed by both Norma
Griffin and Frank C. Shackelford,
as Receiver, that upon maturity
of all of said purchase money
debt that Frank C. Shcakelford,
as Receiver, should have the
right to sell said land, as attor
