Young People Will
Present Program at
Young Harris Church
“With One Voice” will be pre
sented at Young Harris church
tonight at 8 o'clock at the regular
sermon hour by the young people
of the Young Harris church.
Athens' widely known A, M. E.
churca choir will be first on the
program. For the past ten years
the Athens choir has won the
state championship among color
ed church choirs, repeating the
feat again this year. When this
choir appeared some two months
ago at Young Harris church the
seating capacity was taxed to the
utmost. .
~ The sketch to be given by the
voung people emphasizes child
thuod and youth week at the
church. It is intended to suggest
in simple dramatic form, some of
llhe character-forming influences
and the possibiliies of a united
reffort on the part of eniightened
community groups to remold these
influences after a more Christian
pattern.
Rev. L, B. Jones extends to all
church members and to the gen
eral public a cordial invitation
and said that the entire program
for tonight will be found in the
Sunday school annex.
