Notice is hereby given that I have
filed a petition iii this cause praying
that tlie priorities of payment be estab
lished, and that the said petition will
come on lor lienfir.g at Atlanta, Geor
gia, before the Judge of Superior Court
on the 4lh day of March, 1916, or as
soon thereafter as same cun be heard.
Notice is further given that the limi
tation ujion tiie filing of claims has
been fixed as Marcli 1st, 1916, and no
claims will be considered that have not
been tiled with the Receiver, or have
intervened, or for which interventiton
have not been heretofore tiled in this
cause.
Notice is also given that further in
terventions in said cause by any per
sons, are enjoined and creditors who
have not already intervened, must file
their claims together with their origi
nal certificates, bonds or other eviden
ces of indebtedness with the Receiver
not later than March 1st, 1916 and the
Receiver will either recommend the
allowance of these claims, or give par
ties written notice of their rejection.
In the event a claim is rejected by the
Receiver, the party may intervene af
ter March 4, 1916.
The Receiver has recommended that
1 contracts, paid-up certificates and
bonds will receive priority over all
other claims and notice is given that
the assets inHand if godistricuted, will
not be sufficient to pay the above
named claims in full and there will be
1 no dividend paid to the creditors of
, any other class, unless specifically or-
r dered by the Conrt.
