The Habit of Taking Cold.
With many people taking cold
is a habit, but fortunately one
(hat is easily broken. Take a
cold sponge bath every morning
when you first get out of bed—
not ice cold, but a temperature
of about 90 F. Also sleep with
your window up. Do this and
you will seldom take cold.
When you do take cold take
Chamberlain’s Cough Remedy
and get rid of it as quickly as
possible. Obtainable every
where.
Have you a sharp pain or a
dull ache across the small ot your
back? Do you realize that’s its
often a timely sign of kidney
weakness? Prompt treatment is
a safeguard against more serious
kidney troubles. Use Doan’s
Kidney Pills. Profit by a Bain
bridge experience.
Mrs. Sarah Paikerson, 124
River St., Bainbridge, says: “I
felt tired and languid and had a
ull heavy ache in the small of
my .back. It seemed to hurt
mosly when I bent over and my
back was sore and stiff most of
the time. Doan’s Kidney Pills
relieved me.”
Price 50c at all dealers. Don’t
simply ask for a kidney remedy
—get Doan’s Kidney Pills—the
same that Mrs. Parkerson had.
