James F. McCrakin, Referee in
Bankruptcy, on the 25th day of
February, 1916, in the matter of
Allen Bros, bankruptcy, there
will be sold to the highest bidder
for cash during the legal hours
of sale, on the 11th, day of
March, 191(5, before the store
house door of the bankrupts at
Climax, Georgia, all of the stock
of general merchandise, includ
ing dry goods, notions, clothing,
shoes, groceries, hardware, agri
cultural implemnts, wagons and
buggys, and all other articles and
things contained in the stock of
merchandise now’ located in the
store-house • and warehouse of
Allen Br< s. at Climax, Georgia,
in said county; also all notes and
accounts of the said Allen Bros.;
also all fixtures located in said
