I take this method of announcing to you my candidacy for the position of
Judge of the Superior Courts of the Albany Circuit, subject to the action of
the DemocratJWhite Primary, and invite your careful consideration and active-
support. 1 am 54Jyears of age and have been a practicing attorney actively en.
gaged in the practice of law, for thirty years with the exception of eight years
during which time I served as Judge of the City Court of Rainbridge. My
record isopen to all. The unanimous endorsement of the Decatur County Bar
Association isan approval of my services as Judge of the City Courtof,Bainbridge.
If the peoplcjof this Circuit confer upon me the high honor I now seek, I
pledge you my undivided time and attention will be given to the duties of the
