Jefferson Ave., Eatonton More Info: This annual event of The Artisans Village Guild brings some of the finest artists and artwork from around the state. Everyone is invited to this opening show and awards reception with light refreshments, complimentary wine, and a cash bar. The show remains on exhibit, with options to buy the art, at Barrel 118 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, June 20, and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, June 21. Then, it will move to The Artisans Village Art Gallery until the end of July. SATURDAY, JUNE 21 What: Juneteenth Parade & Festival When: 10 a.m. parade start; 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. festival Where: Lot on Oak Street, Eatonton More Info: Celebrate Juneteenth and Black heritage and excellence with a Saturday parade through downtown Eatonton, featuring floats, music, and marchers. What: The Art of Mixology Cocktail Class When: 2-4 p.m. Where: Barrel 118, 118 N. Jefferson Ave., Eatonton More Info: Bourbon and rye whiskey are the focus for this cocktail class led by the Barrel 118 mixologist. Revisit classics like the Old Fashioned and Manhattan, and explore interesting variations.
