DESOtVSD, That at the approaching Election for
ilVs Mjyorand Aldermen, oil the first Saturday in Janua
ry next, no person be allowed to vote whose name is not on
lue Register Book of the City.
Resolved. That at said Election no persou shall be al
lowed to vote who has not paid all arrearages of Taxes to
the city.
Resolved, That the Treasurer publish the foregoing supply of irenoine Botanic Mkdicines
Resolutions in the public Gazettes of the City, so that ah ) reasonable prices to practitioners and
persons reav liavc due notice thereof.

T HE subscriberbtts temoved his office from the corner
opposite the Floyd House, (late Centtal Hotel.) to
that, two doors hack in the same building, and fronting on
third street, where he will be in daily attendance, from 10
in the morning, till 2 in the afternoon, for the purpose more
especially of attending to the treatment of Chrome cases
brought from a distance; persons from the country, there
fore, calling between thosexhnes, will not, except in ex
treine cases, be disappointed. The balance of his time il
the mornings, evenings, and nights, will be devoted as usu-
al, to the treatment o* scute cases in town, or a short dis-
tance in the country, when the calls of such as deem it their
interest to procure his services will be attended to. He
would, however, respectfully request that none but those
who are satisfied of the superiority of Botani-? rbmedies. or
those in possession of sufficient independence and nerve to
test that fact, would trouble him with their applications, as
none others, if known would in any case, be attended to.
Such of the poor as come within the above rule, will be
attended gratuitously,hut be would take this opportunity
of begging that they will not think themselves slighted, if
il should not he convenient lor him to be always with them.
He is now receiving and will always keep* a fresh and
