W. Crussell, in the town of Woolsey, as civil engineer and be ing all of lots Nos. 14, 15 and 16 in block “J” fronting on west side of Hill street 75 feet to a 25-foot alley; also lot No. 1 in block “P”, bounded on the uorth by Collier avenue, east by Hill street, south by lot No. 2, and west by Heart street, being 275 feet on the north side and 225 feet in south side, except a strip off of south side of said lot fronting 100 feet on Hill street, running west to Heard street 100 feet. Also, a certain house and lot in the 4th District, G. M., Fayette county, Georgia, and in the town of Woolsey and being 100 feet front on Hill street off of south side of lot No. , in block “P,” running back 125 feet on line of lot No. 2 to Hill street; said lot being bounded as follows: east by Hill street, west by west part of lot No. 1 and south by lot No. 2 of block “P”, said lot being plotted by G. W. CrusBell, civil engineer. Also, a certain house and lot in the town of Woolsey, said state and county and district, being plat D by G. W. Crussell, civil engineer, on Nov. 12, 1889, the same being part of lot No. 2 in block P, off of north end of said lot commencing at the northeast corner of said lot on Hill street ad joining lot formerly owned by N. M. Snead and extending west'along said line a distance of 225 feet to Heard street; thence in a southerly direction along Heard street a distance of 130 feet; thence east to Hill street, a dis tance of 183 feet; thence along Hill street in a northerly direction of 125 feet to beginning point. Also, one certain vacant lot in said state and county, district and town of Woolsey, and being lot No. 15 as set forth in plat of G. W. Crussell, civil engineer, made Nov. 12, 1889, said lot being 25 feet front and running back from Hill street on the front 126 feet to the 25 foot street between Hill street and Heard street, said lot be ing 25 by 125 feet, and in form. of rectangle.
