Mrs. Guy Kilgore was a visitor to
Atlanta this week.
Mrs. J. H. Jackson nml Mrs. Henry
Pledger spent Tuesday in Gainesville.
Dr. E. F. Saxon was a visitor to
friends In Oconee county last week.
Rev. IV. E. Moore and wife were
visitors to Lawrenceville Monday.
Mrs. Ola Hall is the guest of her
sister in Gainesville this week.
Rev. W. H. Faust, was a visitor to
Jefferson Wednesday.

Little Miss Ethel Saul, of Atlanta,

Mr. and Mrs. Sam Stein spent the
first of this week with relatives in
Atlanta.
Dr. and Mrs. W. T. Randolph an
nounce the birth of a son, Tuesday,

Messrs. J. M. and J. X. Summerour
were in Atlanta Wednesday on busi
ness.
We are glad to note that Mr. D. I.
Gaines, who has been rpiite 111, is im
proving.
Miss Leola Pulliam has accepted a
position as lmokkeeper with Grcgory-
Woodruff Company.
Rev. J. B. Brookshire filled his ap
pointment at Chestnut Mt. last Satur
day and Sunday.
Mr. John Craig and Miss Kelly, of
Lawrenceville, wer e guests of the fam
ily of Mr. and Mrs. A. A. Camp last

Mr. W. J. Herrin, who lias been con
ined to his room for the past month
with a severe carbuncle, is reported
much ilproved at this writing.

preached on that day and on Sunday.

rection 178 yards to rock; thence to
beginning corner 146 yards, containing
two ares, more or less.
Said land leviad on as the property
of Mrs. L. M. Foster by virtue of a tax
execution issued by W. T. Appleby, Tax
Colloctor, Harrow’ county, Georgia, for
S’ate, County and School Tax for the
year 1920, against said Mrs. L. M. Fos
ter. Said property sold to satisfy said
execution.
Due and legal notice has been given
tenant in possession.

in Htutham, Georgia, located on the
Conner of alley and Jefferson street,
formerly occupied by W. C. Roberts
and C. B. Chambers, wherein said par
ties carried on prior to said mortage.
Said stock of goods consisting of all
such things as are usually found in
a general store; among them being
dry goods, shoes, hats, notions, hard
ware and other merchandise.
Said property levied on as the prop
erty of W. H. Hardigree and sold to
satisfy a mortgage execution issued
from Barrow Superior Court on the
Bth day of March, 1921, in favor of
C. B. Chambers against said W. H.
Hardigree. Said property will be sold
by sample and inventory and delivered
to purchaser at store house, being cum
iKTsome and too heavy to move in
Statham, Ga. This March 9th, 1921.

house door of said county, within the
legal hours of sale, on the first Tuesday
of April, 1021, the following described
property, towit:
One bale lint cotton in the Rock
Warehouse, No. 8622; one bale lint cot
ton in the Farmers Warehouse No.
8568. About 350 bundles of fodder in
burn. About 1200 lbs. cotton seed.
Also about 20 bushels of corn.
Said corn, cotton seed and fodder in
barn of W. 11. McDaniel in the 240th
District, G. M., Barrow county, Geor
gia.
Said property levied on as the prop
erty of W. H. McDaniel and sold to
satisfy landlord’s lien, in favor of T.
D. Ridgeway, against said W. H. Mc-
Daniel. Execution issued from Bur
row Superior Court on February 3rd,
1921. All of said property will be sold
by sample and delivered to purchaser
at the place where same is stated to
be located, the same being cumbersome
and too heavy to move.
