THT7RBDAY. MAY 19, 1921. AMONG THE CHURCHES Methodist Services Sunday, May 22nd. 10:15. Bible school meets. The school is requested to l*e on time, us the session will l*e briefer than usual on account of the commencement ser mon which is to be preached in the auditorium on Sunday morning. 8:15 P. M. Organised Class Rally. The seven organised classes of the Sunday school will supply the music and the program. .Short sermon by the pastor on “Loyalty." A great service is expected. Definite arrangements have been made for the revival services which are to begin Sunday, June 12th. The pastor will be assisted by Charlie Tillman, the •world's greatest song leader. This will be of interest to the hundreds of friends of the famous singer who live in this section. There will be two services daily, and further announcements will he made next week. L. C. nssociationnl meet ing for the Appnlachee association will be held at Bethabara church in Oconee county, the first Sunday in June. All B. Y. P. All who are not attending other schools at tills hour are urged to meet with us for the study of God’s word. On account of the commencement ser mon of the public schools there will lie no preaching at the morning hour but all will go to the school building and worship with the other congregations. The evening sermon will be at eight o’clock. You arc urged to come. The mid-week worship is on Wed nesday night. These services are help ful to all who attend. Thursday night will be observed as Community night this week instead of Friday night on account of conflicting with exercises of tile schools. Last Friday night the pictures were beauti ful. Two reels of nature pictures were especially inspiring. This week there will he a two reel picture entitled— “ Winning IRr Way.” The other reel will lie “Tlie Church with the Overshot Wheel.” Saturday night will lie Boy Scout night. Eleven boys are ready to qual ify as tenderfoots. If you have grit enough to study and take the tests we would be glad to have you as a Scout. But please remember the Bcoutcraft stands for efficiency. The Ladles Aid Society will serve Barbecue on Saturday.
