A Timely Suggestion
This is the season of the year when
the prudent and careful housewife re
plenishes her supply of Chamberlain's
Cough Remedy. It is almost certain to
be needed before the winter is over
and results arc much more prompt and
satisfactory when it is kept at hand
and given as soon as the first indica
tion of a cold appears and before it lias
become settled in the system. There is
no danger in giving it to children as it
contains no opium or other harmful
drug.

How Not to Take Colil
Some persons are subject to frequent
e ilds. while others seldom, if ever, have
a cold. You will find that the latter
take good care of themselves. They
take a shower or cold sponge hath ev
ery day in a warm room, avoid over
heated rooms, sleep with window open
or partly open, avoid excesses, over
eating, becoming over heated and then
chilled and getting the feet wet. Then,
when they feel the first indication of a
cold, they take Chamberlain’s Cough
Remedy without delay and it is soon
over.
Tanlac is made of roots, herbs and
barks and contains no minerals or opi
ates.—O. VV. DeLaPerriere & Sons.
